Jon's Advice Line

There is much to be added to this page. I intended to encourage people in industry like accountants, lawyers, nurses, programmers, etc to part with any information they dont regard as chargeable and that people really should know.
In the meantime, whilst typing this, I became bitter (sorry :-) ) - here are a load of depressing whinges (and some advice).
